No, this is not eat, drink and get married. That is too many things to tend to.
However, we drunks are going to drink anyway. Its eating that can be a problem.
My current experiment is eating more often but much smaller meals. It does not involve losing one's buzz, a plus.
The easiest way to do this is just make a large meal and eat portions of it when you get hungry but any way you fix the meals, make them small and have them often.
I am finding that I get hungry about every 3-4 hours, so I eat. No hunger pangs, no upset stomach from eating too much and my innards just don't hurt like before.
Throne time is better too.
Also, don't down a couple of pints with a meal. Our stomachs cannot digest that well if we drown the food.
I am working on another experiment involving fiber and will write about that next time.
